Orders, Returns, Refunds, Warranties
We strive for our customers to always be completely satisfied. I am a fan of common sense and working for the best solutions for us and the customer. Please carefully review these policies before ordering.
-We ship orders as quickly as possible, however most items do take about 1 business week to ship.
-Some items may have extended lead times as indicated on their appropriate product page. Please inquire for current lead times on these items.
-If an item you have ordered is on backorder we will contact you and notify you of the backorder. In this case a cancellation with full refund will be allowed if the backorder timeline is not acceptable to you.
-Returns are allowed on any unopened products that do NOT have any custom programming.
Up to a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover shipping and other costs. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
-Products/kits with custom programming cannot be returned. Returns will not be allowed on these products for ANY reason. If there is a defect with the product we will make it right within the terms of the warranty.
-Instrument cluster kits CANNOT be returned. There is a 2 year parts only warranty on these kits. Any defects will be handled per the warranty policy.
-All refunds are processed per a case by case basis.
-Refunds are issued as soon as possible but can take 7-10 days to post depending on payment method.
-Each product has a specific parts warranty. If there is no warranty that will be explicitly written on the product page. Most of our products have a 1 or 2 year warranty that is expressed on the product page.
-Warranties are PARTS ONLY. No labor warranties are included on any products. We regret any problems with our products but unfortunately cannot cover any additional labor costs to swap them out.
-All warranty issues should contact us immediately for the quickest resolution. Shipping times of replacement warranty products depend on the product with the issue. Backorders may apply.
